oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer for use with your soundcard.  Smart 
Audio Control contains volume, line in, tone and mute controls, as well 
as a fully functional audio oscilloscope and spectrum display, for use in
conjunction with receiver control programs.  Runs on MS-DOS PCs with 
Windows 3.x or Win95.  Requires VGA color monitor (minimum), 
SoundBlaster Pro2 or better sound card.  Registration fee is only US$25.
